Website Information
Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and may be updated without notice.
Quotes and Services
Submitting a request for a quote does not guarantee service availability or establish a service agreement. All services are subject to project review, scheduling availability, and a written agreement between Drivano Site Services, LLC and the client. Services are provided on a business-to-business basis to builders, general contractors, and related construction industry clients.
Scope of Services
Drivano Site Services, LLC provides post-construction cleaning services, including general debris removal, dust and dirt cleanup, and site tidying following construction or renovation work. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, our services do not include specialty work such as window restoration, paint or adhesive removal, floor refinishing, or hazardous material disposal. Any additional services must be agreed upon in writing prior to work being performed.
Site Conditions and Access
Post-construction cleaning is performed after other trades and contractors have completed their work. Drivano Site Services, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, debris left by other contractors or subcontractors, or delays caused by incomplete work from other trades. The client (builder or general contractor) is responsible for ensuring the job site is safely accessible and free of hazards (such as exposed wiring, unstable structures, or leftover hazardous materials) prior to our arrival. Drivano Site Services, LLC reserves the right to reschedule or decline work if site conditions are deemed unsafe.
Subcontractor Status
When engaged on a client's project, Drivano Site Services, LLC acts as an independent contractor/subcontractor and not as an employee, partner, or agent of the client. Each party is responsible for its own personnel, equipment, and compliance with applicable laws.
Insurance and Licensing
Drivano Site Services, LLC maintains applicable business licensing and insurance coverage as required under Texas law. Proof of insurance or licensing may be provided to clients upon request, subject to a written service agreement.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due according to the payment terms specified in the applicable service agreement or purchase order. Late payments may be subject to applicable fees or suspension of services until accounts are brought current. Any progress billing, retainage, or milestone-based payment arrangements must be documented in the written agreement.
